By consenting to enter a coaching relationship with Cintia Sena Serravalle, you agree to the following terms:

1. As a client, you understand and agree that you are fully responsible for your physical, mental and emotional well-being for the entire duration of your coaching relationship with your coach, including your choices and decisions. You are aware that you can choose to discontinue coaching at any time.

2. You understand that “coaching” is a Professional-Client relationship you have with your coach that is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals based on the understanding and application of the Law of Assumption.

3. You understand that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve all areas of your life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching into those areas, and implement your choices is exclusively your responsibility.

4. You understand that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association. You understand that coaching is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment and you will not use it in place of any form of diagnosis, treatment or therapy.

5. You understand that information will be held as confidential unless you state otherwise, in writing, except as required by law.

6. You understand that certain topics may be anonymously and hypothetically shared with other coaching professionals for training OR consultation purposes.

7. You understand that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other qualified professionals. You will seek independent professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual or other matters. You understand that all decisions in these areas are exclusively yours and you acknowledge that your decisions and your actions regarding them are your sole responsibility.

Fees: All fees are non-refundable.

Services: The services to be provided by the coach to the client are zoom-coaching and/or email-coaching, depending on the services booked by the client. Coaching may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

The client understands that successful coaching requires a co-active collaborative approach between client and coach. In the coaching relationship, the coach plays the role of a facilitator of change, but it is the client's responsibility to enact or bring about the change. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

Privacy: The client can, at any point in the coaching session, declare his/her preference not to discuss a specific issue, by simply stating that they would rather not discuss this issue. The coach agrees to respect this boundary and will not attempt to forward the conversation further along those lines.

Confidentiality: The information discussed in your coaching relationship will not be disclosed under any circumstance unless you give me permission to include you in my promotional materials, are a danger to yourself or others, you disclose knowledge about abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, your records are subpoenaed by a court of law, or you require medical care, in which case I will provide relevant information about you to those involved in accessing and providing your care.

It is also important to note that in some situations, it is important to be aware of the use of technology in that for some clients, there is a risk in using certain media such as the internet, mobile phones and cordless phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you.

Informed Consent: There are potential risks of this coaching relationship. Given the personal nature of our discussions, there may be risk of increased stress and discomfort. I am here to support you during this process and encourage open communication about your needs.

DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY WAIVER

No guarantee whatsoever is made to anyone by Cintia Sena Serravalle that this coaching relationship or program will yield any specific results or desired outcomes. I do not diagnose, treat, or medicate any medical or psychological conditions. The purpose of this relationship is to provide support and encouragement. I am not a licensed medical or psychological professional. This relationship, therefore, is not a replacement for professional psychological and/or medical treatments. I invite you to consult your medical/psychological professionals to make an informed and educated decision about entering this coaching relationship. Using these services is at your own risk without warranty of any kind. The services are requested by your own choice and with your inherent singular responsibility. Cintia Sena Serravalle shall not be held liable for claims or damages, and liability of any nature, for any action, or non-action, taken as a result of this coaching relationship.

EMERGENCIES

If you are feeling suicidal, homicidal, or at risk of hurting yourself or others, you are agreeing that you will 1) go to your Local Hospital Emergency Room, or 2) call 911 or the equivalent emergency number in your country. You understand that Cintia Sena Serravalle does not provide crisis intervention or crisis services.
